Deputy Ministers of Justice Tigran Dadunts and Oksanna Abrahamyan met with representatives of the Asian Development Bank to discuss opportunities for strengthening and expanding ongoing cooperation.

The Deputy Ministers expressed their appreciation for the productive partnership established with the Bank across several reform areas, noting its significant contribution to advancing institutional development and sectoral reforms. The ADB representatives introduced the framework of policy-based lending instruments and reaffirmed their readiness to support the Ministry’s priority reform agenda.
The discussion also covered key legislative initiatives coordinated by the Ministry of Justice, including the adoption of a new Insolvency Code, efforts to enhance the capacity of law enforcement bodies, and the continued rollout of digital solutions.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to maintain close cooperation and work toward deepening their partnership in the years ahead to ensure the consistent and sustainable implementation of reforms within the justice sector.
