Development of justice sector policy and implementation of reforms

This agency is a subdivision of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia that registers civil status acts on behalf of the state. 

The State Register Agency carries out the official registration of legal entities, their subdivisions and institutions.

Founded in 2023, this center is a permanently operating and independent institution, established within the framework of the judicial and legal reforms of the RA.

This service ensures the compulsory enforcement of the decisions of courts, arbitration bodies and the financial mediator in cases where they are not implemented voluntarily.
