The Ministry of Justice of the RA carries out the following qualification examination activities:

1. Qualification examination of notary candidates and issuance of the corresponding qualification certificates, on the basis of Government of the RA Decision No. 789-N of June 6, 2002 «On approving the procedure for the qualification examination of notary candidates», as revised by Government of the RA Decision No. 1463-N of September 29, 2011.
2. Qualification examination of the translator participating in notarial acts and issuance of the corresponding certificate, on the basis of Government of the RA Decision No. 193 of March 2, 2001 «On approving the procedure for issuing a qualification certificate to a translator participating in notarial acts».
3. Qualification examination of the bankruptcy manager (trustee) and issuance of the corresponding qualification certificates, on the basis of Government of the RA Decision No. 1179-N of August 18, 2011 «On approving the qualification procedure for the bankruptcy manager».
   At the same time, we note that the aforementioned qualification certificates issued by the Ministry of Justice of the RA do not constitute a license (permit).
   Taking into account the fact that the objective of the Ministry of Justice of the RA is to examine the knowledge and skills of the candidate in the relevant field, the document issued by the Ministry is considered a certificate obtained as a result of a qualification examination, and not a license.
