Work experience

On 5 November 2024, appointed Minister of Justice.

In 2020-2024, served as Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia coordinating the area of functions aimed at the confiscation of property of illicit origin.

In 2019-2020, served as Deputy Minister of Justice.

From March to July 2019, served as Head of the Legal Support and External Relations Division of the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2018-2019, served as Head of the Legal Support Division of the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2015-2018, served as Chief Specialist of the Division for the Organization and Improvement of Investigative Work and the Development of Investigation Methodology, and subsequently of the Legal Support Division of the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2014-2015, served as Junior Lawyer of the legal department of «K-Telecom» CJSC.

Education

In 2016-2017, studied at the «School of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia» Foundation.

In 2014-2018, studied at the Faculty of Law of YSU — postgraduate studies.

In 2012-2014, studied at the Faculty of Law of YSU — Master's studies.

Teaching activity

Since 2015 to the present, teaches at the Chair of Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law of YSU.

Since 2016 to the present, teaches at the Academy of Justice.

In 2019-2020, taught at the Training Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia.

In 2020-2021, taught at the Educational Complex of the Police of the Republic of Armenia.
