The Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the RA  carries out the compulsory enforcement of the decisions of the courts of the Republic of Armenia, of arbitration tribunals, of the Financial System Mediator, as well as — in the cases provided for by the international treaties of the RA — of the acts of international and foreign courts and arbitration tribunals, in the event that they are not executed voluntarily.

Henceforth, in the cases permitted by law, without visiting the Service or submitting a written application, you can obtain complete information regarding the attachments applied in respect of you or your client and resolve the following issues as quickly as possible: 

• the verification of the payments made and the clarification of the reasons for not lifting the attachment,
• the revision of the applied attachments in proportion to the fulfilled obligations,
• the lifting of an attachment applied or maintained without grounds,
• the release from attachment of monetary funds not subject to levy,
• the removal of wages or other income from attachment or the revision of the amount of the attachment,
• the collection of the funds frozen in banks, the lifting of other applied attachments and the termination of the proceedings,
• obtaining information about the course of execution of the interim judicial acts related to the securing of a claim.
