Legal Entities Registry Services

The body carrying out the state registration of legal entities, as well as the state recording of separate subdivisions of legal entities, institutions, and individual entrepreneurs, is the State Register of Legal Entities Agency of the Staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter — the Agency).

The Agency performs the following functions.

Individual Entrepreneurs (IE)

  • State recording of individual entrepreneurs
  • Removal of individual entrepreneurs from the record

 Legal Entities (LLC, CJSC, etc.)

  • State registration of the establishment of legal entities
  • State registration of amendments to the charter
  • State registration conditioned by reorganization
  • State registration of liquidation (termination of activity)

Separate subdivisions and institutions

  • Recording of branches and representative offices
  • Modification of recording data
  • Removal from the record

Important to Know

Identity document When visiting the Agency or carrying out any transaction, it is mandatory to present a passport or identification card (ID).

Electronic services Many services (for example, registering as an Individual Entrepreneur) are available online at  www.e-register.moj.am  if you have an electronic signature.

State duties Payment of a state duty may be required for certain registrations. Please check the amount of the required payments in advance.
