Procedure for the Reception of Citizens by the Minister of Justice of the RA (and Deputy Ministers)

General Information

  • Frequency: Every month.
  • Duration: Each citizen is allotted strictly 10 minutes.
  • Mandatory condition: For a reception, it is mandatory to submit a written application in advance.

Application Submission Procedure

  • Content: The issue and the request for a reception must be indicated in the application.

  • Methods of submission:

    • Electronic: info@moj.am
    • Paper: Yerevan, Vazgen Sargsyan 3/8.

The Procedure

  • Positive response: If the examination of the application determines that the citizen is subject to a reception, they are notified verbally (by telephone call).
  • Rejection: If the citizen is not subject to a reception, they are notified in writing.
  • Appearance: On the day of the reception, it is necessary to appear with an identity document.
Restrictions.
  • Only matters within the competence of the Ministry of Justice are considered (in accordance with the Constitution of the RA).
  • The same procedure applies for the Deputy Ministers.
  • If a person has already been received by a Deputy Minister, a repeat reception on the same matter is not arranged.
