"Armenian Center for Arbitration and Mediation" (AMCA)

AMCA is a permanently operating independent arbitration and mediation institution, established in 2023 within the framework of the 2022-2026 Judicial and Legal Reforms Strategy of the Republic of Armenia.

Main objectives

  • To develop the culture of alternative dispute resolution in Armenia.

  • To contribute to easing the workload of the judicial system.

  • To ensure a favorable investment environment by presenting Armenia as a reliable platform for dispute resolution.

Founders and Governance

The Center's governing bodies engage leading local and international specialists. The founders are:

  • «Legislation Development Center» Foundation of the Ministry of Justice of the RA

  • Armenian Lawyers Union

  • Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU)
