Civil Status Acts Registration
The Civil Status Acts Registration Agency of the Staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia is a separate subdivision of the Ministry's staff. Acting on behalf of the Republic of Armenia, it provides services in the field of civil status acts registration as prescribed by law and, in specific cases, by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
State Register of Legal Entities
The body carrying out the state registration of legal entities, as well as the state record-keeping of separate subdivisions of legal entities, institutions, and individual entrepreneurs, is the Agency of the State Register of Legal Entities of the Staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter: the Agency).
Compulsory Enforcement Service
The Compulsory Enforcement Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia ensures the compulsory enforcement of acts of the courts of the Republic of Armenia, arbitration tribunals, and decisions of the Financial System Mediator. It also enforces acts of international and foreign courts and arbitration tribunals in cases provided for by international treaties of the Republic of Armenia, when such acts are not executed voluntarily.
